HUB Center Referrals

HUB Transition Centers accepts referrals for men seeking a structured recovery residence in Greenwood, South Carolina. Our homes provide transitional housing for individuals moving away from addiction, homelessness, or other life challenges.

Referrals may come from treatment providers, community organizations, or individuals seeking support for themselves. All referrals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and placement depends on bed availability as space opens.
 

Who Is a Good Fit

Individuals referred to HUB typically:

• Are committed to maintaining sobriety

• Are willing to live in a structured, peer-supported environment

• Are prepared to participate in recovery and faith-based support gatherings

• Are working toward employment, stability, and independent living
   

Basic Admission Requirements

• Must be employed, or working toward employment. 

• Must be drug and alcohol free upon entry

• Must follow house rules and maintain respectful behavior

• Must participate in recovery support activities

• Must contribute program fees and assist with house responsibilities
   

*Space is limited, and admissions occur only as beds become available. All applicants are evaluated individually to determine readiness and fit for the program.
