At HUB Transition Centers, our work is centered on helping individuals move from instability to independence. Many of the men who come through our doors are navigating challenges such as addiction, homelessness, and major life transitions. Through structured housing, supportive relationships, and practical guidance, we create an environment where lasting change becomes possible.
Our approach focuses on restoring stability, building accountability, and helping each individual develop the tools needed for long-term success. By combining peer support, professional guidance, and strong community partnerships, HUB Transition Centers helps residents rebuild their lives and reconnect with purpose.
Recovery Support
Recovery requires encouragement, accountability, and consistent support. HUB provides an environment where residents can focus on sobriety while building healthy habits and strengthening their recovery through mentorship, recovery gatherings, and faith-based support.
Transitional Housing
HUB provides structured transitional housing where residents can focus on recovery, employment, and personal growth. Using the Oxford House Model, residents share responsibility for the home while building accountability and leadership skills that prepare them for independent living.
Community Partnerships
HUB partners with churches, nonprofits, and community organizations throughout Greenwood, SC to connect residents with resources, employment opportunities, and support networks that help sustain long-term recovery and stability.
